Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
01. In case of Limited company, the Certificate of Incorporation shall have to be attached.
02. Up to dated ABC License & Supervirory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh,
03. The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Establishment of 400 KVA Electrical Substation at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years experience, each with a value of at least Tk. 90.00 Lakh. in any Government / SemiGovernment/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, Years Counting Backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper.
04. Transformer Manufacturer Authorization Letter must be submitted with the tender.
05. Work order & Completion Certificate copy to Prove Single work order in case of Specific Experience.
06. Type test certificate (within last 5 years from IFT) issued by an internationally accredited independent laboratory (IEC standards) for a minimum of 500 KVA transformer must be submitted with the tender.
07. If Rate quote found Excessive Less or Above than the estimated price in this regard decision of the TEC Committee will be considered final.
08. If the proposed Equipment and other Accesories of Sub-Station by the bidder which is other than the brand mentioned in the latest PWD rate schedule. if it is not acceptable by TEC Committee during the evaluation will be considered non-responsive, in this regard decision of the TEC committee will be considered final.
09. 11. The required audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past 05 years.
