Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. All contractors/firms(civil/combined) under PWD are eligible.
2. The tenderer's PWD license must be renewed from SB Nagar PWD Division-1, Dhaka for the year 2025-26.
3. Up-to date copy of the following mentioned documents to be submitted: i. Up-to Date Income Tax Certificate, ii. Up-to Date TIN Certificate, iii. Up-to Date Valid VAT Registration Certificate, iv. Up-to- Date Trade License, v. PWD Enlistment and up-to- Date PWD License renewal Paper.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 11.00 lac. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as perform PW2b-3 of Tender and Contract Forms section must be submitted for this purpose. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
