* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 550000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1650000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 550000 ~ 1650000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Up To Date Trade license.
2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and Up to date income tax paid certificate or slip.
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Photocopy of national ID.
5. Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank.
6. Minimum 1 (one) Proven Certificates/ End User Certificate from any reputed government Organization in Bangladesh will be required against the proposed goods. Mentionable that one purchase order copy of threshold value Tk. 200,000.00 ( Two lakh) to be submitted alongwith offer as well. Otherwise the Tender will be considered as Non-Responsive.
7. Before supply of goods, sample must be approved by Operation Department-2 of GPFPLC. If the sample does not match with our specification, the offer will be cancelled and submitted security will be forfeited.
8. Partially supply and partial payment shall not be allowed.
