Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 916666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2750000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk. (7.5) Lakh in a single work order under in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard/prescribed format.
(C) A minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. (40.00) Lakh submitted in form of Payment certificate issued by competent authority.
(D) A Liquid Asset Limit ie. working capital or credit facilities of Tk. (8.00) Lakh only. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW2a) (original copy only) against the name of the work, without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than the day of publication of Tender in the eGP system.
(E) The minimum amount of tender capacity shall be Tk. (7.00) Lakh.
(F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance/TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
(G) Evaluation will be conducted according to the latest PPR rules and its amendments and Tenderers are expected to submit their rates/documents accordingly.
