Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to Date Valid Trade License.
2. Up to Date Valid Income Tax Submission Certificate.
3. Up to Date Valid Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate.
4. National Identification Document (NID)
5. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.
6. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least one 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 6.93 (Six Point Nine Three) Lakh.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.93 (Six Point Nine Three) Lakh.
8. If the supplier is the dealer of a brand company (Hatil/otobi/navana/brothers/Partex) then the supplier must submit the dealership authorization certificate.
9. The Bidder must have ISO-9001:2015 Certificate.
10. The Bidder must have Own Showrooms in Sylhet for after sales service & instant manpower support.
11. The Bidder must provide the brand name, model name, color, brochure & specifications of the furniture.
12. Any confusion arise PE’s decision will be final.
13. All potential Tenderers of Bangladesh are eligible to participate in the Procurement process.
