Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 50000000.

Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience in Electro-Mechanical works of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar nature works (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of VRF System Air Cooler) with a value of at least Tk.180.00 (One Hundred and Eighty) Lakh in a Single Contract within last Five (05) years under Government/ Semi- Government/ Autonomous Bodies /Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./ Semi- Govt./ Autonomous Bodies /Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk 200 (Two Hundred) Lakh. Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as per STD
d) The minimum production capacity of VRF System is not less than 5 times of tender amount in the current calendar year. Production capacity certificate from manufacturer is allowable only.
e) The Tenderer must posses:
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.(iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (Up to date 9 Digit BIN) (iv) Up-to-date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory license.
f) The Tenderer must have Manufacturer Authorization Letter of VRF System and valid IRC Certificate.
g) All equipment of VRF System must be in ready stock with proper document like LC Copy & bill of landing must be submitted with Tender.
