* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 90000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 270000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 90000000 ~ 270000000.
Eligibility criteria:
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Building/construction works.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one (01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk. 700.00 Lacs.
iii) The tenderers shall have an average annual construction turn over greater than Tk. 900.00 Lac during last 5(five) years. Only payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 165.00 Lac. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (e-PW3-8) of e-PW3 document.
v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 750.00 Lac (Form e-PW3-6).
(vi) Documents of valid and Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate, ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board etc. shall be submitted.
(vii) All other & detailed conditions and criteria as specified in all sections of the tender document must be fulfilled.
