* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 133333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 133333 ~ 400000.
Eligibility criteria:
All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance;
(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance(2023-2024/2024/2025) ;
(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate with clearance up to October2025;
(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 1 lakh under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 3 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.
(V). The required average annual work turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 1.00 lacs over the last 5 years [ 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21,2021-22,2022-2023]
(VI). The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 1 lac (This will be given by the proper format). The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in e-GP portal.
(VII) Original catalogue or Brochures the said materials must be submitted in the e-Gp system
(VIII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer
(IX) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(X) ISO certificate for supply, trading, assemble & after sales services, servers, laptop, desktop computer. Computer accessories, network and office equipment’s
