The minimum specific experience (Repair/Construction of Wash Block of GPS/NNGPS/PEDP4 project) as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Repair works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk.25.00 Lakh.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 55.00 Lakh over the last 05 years.
3. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 30.00 Lakh.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 20.00 lakh.
