Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 116666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 350000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 116666666 ~ 350000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1)         The tenderer must be a manufacturer or authorized agent of foreign manufacturer having Valid trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, BIN, IRC, TIN, Income tax clearance certificate and ISO 9001:2015 (or updated certificate).
2)         The manufacturer is required to hold a valid industrial license, an environmental clearance certificate from the Department of Environment (DoE), Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
3)         The tenderer must have 5 years of general experience of manufacturing & supplying of similar goods and related service.
4)         The tenderer must submit two 1-meter samples of HDPE pipe. Each sample needs to be clearly marked with the manufacturer's name, trademark, pipe diameter (in mm), pressure rating, and the date and time of manufacturing. The receipt of sample submission and own factory test report must be submitted/uploaded with their proposal/bid. The test report should confirm the requirements as described in the tender document.
5) The manufacturer's minimum production capacity is 100 meters per day (for 450 mm diameter HDPE pipe).
