Brief Description of Package: Dredging work by cutter suction dredger for maintaining navigability of Chairman Ghat - Nolcira Ferry route with an adjacent area of Hatia for the year 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in the construction or dredging works shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The Tenderer(s) should have own minimum One no. 24 " inches or more dia cutter suction dredger (s) in good condition and free Dredgers. Tenderer(s) should also submit Registration, Up-to-date survey certificate of their dredgers and other ancillary craft .
3. The Tenderer (s) should submit Certificate/Authentic document mentioning the Dredger's suction diametre.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in the dredging works in coastal area at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 3.50 Crore (Three Crore fifty Lakh) .
5. The minimum required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.00 (Seven) Crore over the last 05 years.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.50 Crore
7. The Tenderer (s) must have Up-To-date Trade License; TIN Certificate & tax clearance certificate or acknowledgment receipt of tax return; VAT Registration Certificate etc.
8. In case of a joint venture all the partner ( lead and other partner) should have their own minimum 24 "(Twenty Four) inches or more dia cutter suction-free dredger in good condition.
9. And other conditions.
N.B. The bill will be paid upon receipt of the available fund .
