Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electrical Equipment works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in Establishment of 400 KVA Electrical Substation at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years experience, each with a value of at least Tk. 90.00 Lakh ( Ninety Lac Only) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
3. Private/Private Organization work Experience Certificate is not Acceptable.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
5. The tenderer must have minimum liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) TK. 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh), substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (Form e-PW2A-8), without alteration, issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the day of the orginal deadline for submission of Tenders.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 120.00 Lakh.
7. Updated ABC Licence & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
8. Must submit Transformer Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
9. Must submit 500 KVA Transformer Internationally Accredited Independent Laboratory From (IEC Standards) Type Test Certificate (Within Last 05 Years From IFT).
10. Must have a minimum of 05 years of experience in electrical equipment installation.
