Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of 01 (One) No. contract of Construction of RCC Jetty/ RCC Bridge/ RCC Road/ RCC Open Yard/ RCC Parking Yard (Heavy type) with related works successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, which completion certificate value of at least Tk. 560.00 Lakh.
3) The annual construction turnover in the last 03 (Three) years is not less than Tk. 835.00 Lakh. (Note: Bidders are requested to prepare and submit year wise summery in connection with the turnover including last 03 (Three) years Audit Report).
4) The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 500.00 Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW3-7 of tender and contract forms.
5) Key personal along with their qualification and experience.

7) The intending tenderers must enclose Up-to date VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and Trade License as well as Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).If any submitted document found inappropriate bidder will be disqualified during post qualification.
