Eligibility criteria:

1. The tenderer must submit the experience certificate of similar nature of work.
2. The tenderer shall be taken under punitive action for submission of any false information or document.
3. If the quoted price is more less than 10% (Ten Percent). Then the tenderer must submit the analysis of itemwise rate.
4. The Tenderer shall have an Asphalt Batching Plant (Must submit ownership/Lease agreement document along with plant location and address for on site verification).
