Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR, 2025 rules & regulations;
b. The following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per the Standard Tender Document (STD):
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 01 year.
(II) The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of similar goods of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2,20,000/- (Taka TwoLacsTwenty Thousand only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. [The Tenderer will submit the copy of work order/contract deed along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
(III) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or any commitments of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.3,20,000/-(Taka Three Lacs Twenty Thousand only) [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(IV) Up-to-date valid trade license as a supplier.
(V) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate with e-TIN.
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate.
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract Deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if the bidder is a supplier) [when applicable].
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of a limited company).
