Tender Document Price: Tk. 1500; Tender Security: 108000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3600000 ~ 10800000.

Eligibility criteria:
All the tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 rules & regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 01 (One) years ie.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, with a value of at least Tk.21,75,000/-. (Twenty-One-Lakh-Seventy-Five-Thousand only) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with an experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk.32,68,000/- ( Thirty-Two-Lakh-Sixty-Eight-Thousand Only).Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.
(IV) The tenderer must submit e-TIN certificate in the e-GP system.
(V) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(VI) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate along with TIN Certificate;
(VII) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VIII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if the bidder is supplier) [When applicable];
(IX) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(X) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazette officer.
