Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in testing works under public sector of at least one (01) contract of oil testing successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk. Tk. 4,50,000/= (Four Lac Fifty Thousand) only.
b) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3,50,000/= (Three Lac Fifty Thousand) only over the best three (3) financial years in the last five (5) financial years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2,00,000/= (Two Lac) only.
