* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 83333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 250000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 83333333 ~ 250000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) Years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successfully completing at least 1(one) Number of similar Works of Tk. 515.00 (Five Hundred Fifteen) Lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during the last 5 (five) financial years of Tk.1000.00(One Thousand) Lakh.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line in the format as specified in ePW3-7 of the tenderer shall be Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty) Lakh.
5. The Minimum tender capacity of the tenderer shall be Tk. 800.00 (Eight Hundred) Lakh.
6. The Tenderer Must possess:
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.(13 digit)
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Up-to-date Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License.
