7. Supply/Production Capacity Certificate (ITT 15.1(c)) [Supply/production capacity must be declared wih comapny/manufacturer official pad]
8. Financial Capacity Certificate (ITT 16.1(a)) [Credit Commitment of Line of Credit needed Tk in lakh 12.00 [Twelve Lakh] from date of tender publication. If the Supplier submitted credit commitment, the commitment should be without any alteration or correction or modification of the form of “e-PG3-8”.]
