* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 700000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 700000 ~ 2100000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. The minimum period of general experience of the tenderer shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk.400000.00 under 1 (one) or 2 (two) of contract(s) over a period of last 5 years shall be required.
3. Documentary evidence of Bank Solvency.
4. Submitted Authorized letter must be mentioned with the tender ID and the name of work;
5. Date of manufacturer shall not be more than 01 (one) year of date of supply.
6. Required Authorization Letter and warranty from manufacturer/Agent/Distributor.
7. Rejected/Defected items will be replaced free of cost at the suppliers expense.
8. Brochure of the product with brand name.
9. The total value of completed supply within the last 05 (Five) years at any Government
Organization/Semi-government/Autonomous organization shall be submitted.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in
the e-GP system. As per rule no 121(2) of PPR 2025.
10. Copy of the up to date Income TAX (TIN) payment certificate.
11. Copy of the up to date VAT (BIN) Registration Certificate.
12. Copy of the up to date Trade License.
13. Copy of National ID card.
