Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid Trade License (up to date).
2. Valid Tax clearance certificate (up to date).
3. Valid VAT & TIN Certificate.
4. Must have an updated ABC Category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from the Electrical Licensing Board.
5. Must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the installation of electrical equipment.
6. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor the bidder must submit a certificate of experience in constructing a 400-KVA electrical substation worth at least 90 lakh taka from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
7. Authorization Letter from the Transformer Manufacturer must be submitted along with the tender.
