Brief Description of Package: Renovation and repair of the record room established in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Sunamganj under the project titled "Renovation and Repair of Record Rooms Established in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner" (Sub-head: Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrical Renovation and Repair Work of the Record Room Building and Protection Arrangements from Rats and Insects).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5500000 ~ 16500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) similar nature of construction works including Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 75.00 (Seventy Five) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a-3 form without any alteration) Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments)
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up- to-date Trade License and Up-to-date ABC/BC Contractor and Supervisory License.
7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (as specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW2a) of CPTU.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
