Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to al eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfuly completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of construction works worth not less than Tk 15.00 ( Fifteen) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05(Five) years.
(C) The Tenderer shal have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(Five) years amounting of Tk. 40 ( Fourty ) Lakh . (D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets ie working capital/credit line of the tenderer shal be TK. 18.00 (Eighteen) Lakh only in the form of PW2a-5 (Letter of Commitment) only, supported by Bank certificate; should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. (E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate (F) Al other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfiled. Special Instructions:(A) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2025 and according to ITT clause no. 30.3, (C) No JVCA is alowed.
