Other Conditions forming the contract for framework:
1.The work will be implemented by issuing one or more sub work-order as needed with the prior approval of the Chief Engineer and within the contract price of relevant work. The time period of sub work orders can be extended by not exceeding original contract period.
2.The quantity of items included in Bill of Quantities (BoQ) may be increased or decreased without exceeding the original contract price for the execution of the work. In some cases, it may not be necessary to work on every item included in the Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
3.The Current or final bill for the relevant item of works will be payable based on the amount of work performed and mentioned in sub work order.
