Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the IT related works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in Maintenance of Data Center Environment with related services at least one(1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods successfully completed within the last five(5) years, each with a value of at least Tk 75,00,000.00 (Seventy Five Lac)
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 75,00,000.00 (Seventy Five Lac) over the last Three (03) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lac) in the form of Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit or Bank Statement.
5. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 85,00,000.00 (Eighty Five Lac).
