* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
A) Tenderer shall have general experience in supplying goods of last 03 years with good reputation (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of good supply work worth not less than Tk. 2.50 (Two point Five zero) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 3 years.
C) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 4.65 (Four Point Six Five) Lakh in standard tender document format from scheduled bank of Bangldesh.
D The minimum Tender security shall be Tk. 12000.00 (Twelve Thousand) only.
E) Up-to date Trade License, up to date ABC License, up to date Supervisory License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .
F) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-8 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
