Eligibility criteria:
• Must have Valid work license as a civil construction contractor at any Government, Semi government or Autonomous organizations.
• The minimum specific experience in civil construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last five (5) years with a value of at least Tk. 37.00 (Thirty seven) lakh of any Government, Semi government or Autonomous organizations.
• The required annual civil construction turnover is average of the best three (3) years among the last five (5) years with a value of Tk. 51.00 (Fifty one) lakh.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 42.00 (Forty two) lakh.
• The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 42.00 (Forty two) lakh.
