* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body are Eligible having following Qualifications/capacities.
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
ii) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of contract in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body containing building construction and supply & installation of sub-station equipment with a value not less than Tk.50.00 lac in a single contract during last 05 (five) years. The work certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department.
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 57.00 Lac. Only Payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 42.00 Lac. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tenderer non-responsive.
v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 53.00 Lac.
vi)All papers shall have to be up to date according to TDS & PCC of this tender.
vii) Tenderer must have up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electric licensing board.
