Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000000 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
General experience: The tenderer shall have minimum 05(five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
Specific experience: The tenderer shall have minimum 03(Three) years of specific experience in supplying of similar goods to Govt./ semi Govt./ autonomous organizations with at maximum two contract successfully completed within last 03(Three) years with a value of at least BDT 42 lac. Notification of Award (NOA), work order & supply agreement are not acceptable as specific experience. Only successful completion certificate from a genuine authority clearly showing the specific experience in supplying similar goods within specific time will be accepted.
Financial Capacity: The minimum capacity of liquid assets including bank solvency and credit facilities approved against the tenderer, net of other contractual commitments is BDT 42 lac.
