Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 45000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Only Local Manufacturer who have-
a) Industrial License of producing uPVC materials.
b) Minimum 05 (Five) years manufacturing and supply experience of similar nature of goods.
2. Minimum supply value of 250mm or above nominal (outer) diameter uPVC pipe & fittings for irrigation under single contract in the last 5(five) years is TK. 140,00,000.00 (One crore forty lakh).
3. Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is TK. 140,00,000.00 (One crore forty lakh). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued after the Publication date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms
4. ISO 9001:2008 Certificate in favor of manufacturers of goods is mandatory.
5. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.
6. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)
7. Environmental certificate from department of environment must be submitted by tenderer.
