Eligibility criteria:
(a) Must have 3 (three) years of experience as a general supplier.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 2 (two) years, each with a valueof at least Tk. 210000/- (Two Lac and Ten Thousand Only)
(c) The bidder must have updated Income Tax Payment Certificate, VAT Registration and Trade Licensewith TIN number.
d) Undertaking to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted, specimen signature, ownership certificate,relevant work experience certificate and bank solvency certificate along with original bank statement, 02passport size color photographs and tender security. In addition, all the documents must be submitted byproperly following the conditions mentioned in the tender documents.
