Eligibility criteria:
1. Not been prevented by order of any judicial court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity.
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply & installation of Solar system of at least a single contract successfully completed (work completion certificate along with NOA/Work Order should be submitted) within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1.20 (One point Two zero) crore in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous body/reputed Private Limited company. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s), is Tk. 1.30 (One point Three zero) crore. Documents should be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between the publication date and the submission date of the tender. A letter of commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PG3-8 of the tender and contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
5. Up-to-date ABC electrical contractory license of the bidding entity and BC Supervisory license of technical personnel working in the bidding entity from Electrical Licensing Board of the Govt.
