Eligibility criteria:
a) The Contractor who has not completed the previously awarded contracts/works of such project in time or not working according to PPR 2008 will be ineligible to participate in this tender. If participate in this tender will be treated as Non- Responsive according to the Honorable Prime Minister’s office order Memo No:-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 dated 30.08.2018, CPTU Letter Memo. No. 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202, Date:10-10-2019.
b) The tenderer who has failed to complete the work in stipulated time of this project (Revenue-Repair & Renovation works and Construction/Extension of Non Govt. Madrasa & Technical Institutions of TMED or Construction/Extension of Academic Buildings to Selected Govt. & Non Govt. Educational Institutions.) particularly in this Tangail district ( EED) previous time will consider as Non Responsive.
c) Tenderers shall satisfy the other criterion laid down in ITT, TDS,GCC & PCC.
