Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [5] years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
2) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (scientific equipment/ laboratory equipment/mapping-imaging hardware and software/IT based hardware and software/ autonmous vehicle) of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [03] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [35,00,000]. Years counting backward from the date of publcation of IFT in the e-GP System. The proof of experience submitted by the tenderer for Specific Experience should be signed by Executive Engineer or higher ranked officer of govt./semi-govt./ autonomous organization.
3) The tenderer must submit: (i) Up to date valid trade license, (ii) up to date income tax clearance certificate, (iii) TIN Certificate and (iv) Valid VAT registration certificate (v) UAV/ Drone Pilot License
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. [35,00,000]
5) Manufacturer/ Local Distributor Authorization Letter as per technical specification
6) Other's eligibility criteria as per TDS
