Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 39000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1300000 ~ 3900000.

Eligibility criteria:
Following documents to be furnished by the tenderer :
1. Up To Date Trade license.
2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN) and income tax paid slip or certificate.
3. VAT registration certificate.
4. Photocopy of national ID.
5.Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank
6. The Bidder shall submit technical specification in details of the belts. Before submission of the offer, the Bidder or his representative may take physical measurement of the diverter belts (Sample) from GPFPLC plant site for confirmation of size, shape, texture, quality etc.
7. Belt Manufacturer or their Dealer/Distributor may participate in the Bid with fulfilling the given conditions. Bidder must submit manufacturer’s authorization letter in favor of Dealer/ Distributor.
8. At least 1(one) End user certificate for using similar type of belt in Bangladesh shall be submitted along with the offer.
9.  Manufacturer’s catalogue with technical specification as well as ISO certification or any Standard (if any) should be submitted along with the offer.
10.  If it is found any defect within warranty period the supplier must replace the belt free of cost.
11. In case of local manufacturing product, the certified photo copy of certification marks (CM) from BSTI should be submitted by the bidder along with the offer.
12. At least 06(Six) months unconditional warranty should be confirmed by the bidder.
13. The Bidder should submit 10(ten) years belt manufacturing experience.
14. The goods should be considered as single lot.
15. The bidder who does not fulfill above requirements shall not be considered for technical evaluation.
