4.The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than tk. 10(ten) lac in the last 5(five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credites facilities of the tenderer shall have tk 10.0 (ten) lac.
6.The work shall have to be completed by 240 days.
