Tender Document Price: Tk. 1500; Tender Security: 45000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. Detailed technical specification with brand and model name and country of origin must be mentioned by the bidder.
02. One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate from GPFPLC.10% taka of Total value will be deducted for One year warranty period from the date confirmation of quality certificate as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules.
03. The bidder must submit the manufacturer’s authorization certificate in favor of the principal and their agent.
04. The bidder must submit a colour-printed or original catalogue of the item along with the technical Offer.
05. The supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification and must match (without any modification) with GPFPLC existing system.
06. The bidders are requested to visit the factory (panel) before submitting their quatation so that supplied Magnetic contactors, Circuit breakers and Relays spare can be easily installed without any modification to base over the existing panel. The visit shall be at their own cost.
07. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate, Bill of Entry & shipping documents must be submitted at the time of delivery of goods
08. It’s a Lot Tender of multi items. The Bidder must be careful for quoting against every single item. The quoting price should be as per market value. If it is found any abnormal price submitted by Bidder against official cost estimate for any item, the purchaser reserves the right to cancel the tender. In this case, total lowest price will not be entertained.
09.. Partially supply and partial payment shall not be allowed.
10. Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually again tender schedule specifications. Any short term or “As per Schedule” will not be considered.
