Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 933333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 933333 ~ 2800000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of lift and electro-mechanical works.
b) Having Experience in successful completion of at least 01(One) number of similar works of Tk.7.00 Lac in a single contract during last five years.The work certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department, in case of semi- government & autonomous body, the work certificate must be vetted by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been completed.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 9.00 Lac over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.Only payment certificate shall be considered for turnover calculation.
d) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.8.00 Lac. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (PW2a-3). Any deviation of this form will results the tenderer non-responsive.
e) The Tenderer must possess up-to-date trade license, income tax return certificate, VAT registration certificate, up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) (i)Manufacturer authorization from Xizi-Unite/Chaina Brand lift for spare parts supply.
ii) Agency ship certificate enclosed with tender for Xizi-Unite/Chaina brand lift.
iii) Certificate from the authorized dealer/supplier of Xizi-Unite/Chaina Brand in BD for ensuring availability of the spare parts of the lift for the next 01 year shall be submitted with the tender
