Eligibility criteria:
Trade license in similar business for FY 2025-2025.
Supplier shall submit NID Card, Photo with three specimen signatures attested in letterhead pad.
Chamber of Commerce Certificate with payment slip 2025-2026.
13 digits VAT Registration certificate mentioning supplier. As a regular VAT payer proven purpose, Last Month’s VAT Payment documents  must submit.
Bank Solvency Certificate and Bank Statement from 01.07.2024 till tender publication date addressing PE.
Technical compliance sheet must submit in company letter head pad as per BPPA Format.
Abnormal rates will not be accepted. In such cases, as per PPR-2025, Rule 25, Sub-Rule 9 will be apply.
