Eligibility criteria:
    
In the case of Linen Washing: The contracting organization must have practical experience of Linen Washing worth at least 7 lakh taka in any government health complex in Bangladesh within the last three years.
The contracting organization must have a bank account and a bank statement along with a financial solvency certificate from a bank official must be submitted to the effect that at least 7 lakh taka has been transacted in the said account in the last financial year.

Income tax certificate,
VAT certificate,
Three copies of photographs, undertaking letter, photocopy of national identity card must be submitted.
