Brief Description of Package: Solution Preparation work of Chemical Plant for the operation of the Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj

The Works consist of

1.Solution preparation in different tank
2. Loading and unloading chemicals from store or site
3. Handling of different chemicals.
4. Resin loading and unloading from different filters.
5. Preparations of Acid, Caustic, lye , HRSG chemicals and cooling tower chemicals.
6.Handling of Chlorine gas.
The tenderer will supply all the necessary safety equipment.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 45000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer Should have the followings
This Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter and Evidence for Liquid Asset.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar Solution Preparation work experience in BPDB otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
5. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non responsive.
6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7. Tenderers must submit a writter commitment that they are committed to work estimated quantity whenever purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of similar BPDB work experiences.
9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request
