Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax
certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate,
Authorization Letter.
2. Tenderers shal have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the
Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar Clarifier Mud Cleaning work
experience within last 3 (three) years in BPDB otherwise tender wil be non
responsive.
4. Tenderers must fulfil the requirements of TDS & PCC.
5. Tenderers must submit a writter commitment that they are committed to
work any time as purchaser wants.
6. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of work experiences
otherwise tender wil be non responsive.
7. Tenderers shal provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to
the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity wil reasonably request
8. Tenderer must fil the required information by inputting the specific data in no
case enclosed.
