3. Valid trade license, VAT registration, Income Tax certificate.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Tk. 1.50 lac.
5. Tender security shall be furnished in favor of Power Grid Bangladesh PLC. in form of pay order or Bank draft.
