If Quoted Rate are Excessive Above/Less than the Estimated Cost, Then the tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate according to the Analysis of EED Schedule of Rates 2023. Otherwise the tenderer will be Non- responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
Must submit Written confirmation authorizing the signatory (Authorization Letter) of the Tenderer at his/her own firm's pad mentioning tender ID, work's name.
