Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of electro-mechanical works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature of works (Fire Detection and Protection System) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 350.00 (ThreeHundred & Fifty) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 100.00 (One Hundred) Lac.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 220.00 (Two Hundred & Twenty) Lac. Supporting document must be submitted along with information as per enclosed form (ongoing works/commitments).
6. The intending Tenderer must enclosed up-to-date VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Certificate, up-to-date Trade License & ABC/BC Electric License & Supervisory License issued from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
7. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (as specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7)
