Eligibility criteria:

5. The minimum Amount of Liquid Assets or working Capital or Credit Facility is minimum Tk.6 (six) lac.
6. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of Specific experience in the supply of similar type of goods and related services
7. The tenderer / tenderers will have to supply a sample of minimum 5 numbers of envelops of each type as per sample and as stated in specifications after opening the tender (as per tenderer specific time).
