* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 133333333.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have
a) General experience of minimum of 5 (Five) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
b) Specific experience of successful tenderer of at least one contract of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of chiller-based HVAC System having minimum value of 1120.00 Lac Taka in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization within last five years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
i. The certificate shall be issued or duly certified by relevant procuring entity ( Rank not below the Executive Engineer).
ii. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Not Less than tender amount per year.
c) Valid document for liquid asset as credit commitment certificate of 1280.00 Lac.
d) Valid Trade License.
e) Valid VAT Certificate Valid TIN certificate
f) Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
g) Valid ABC class Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License.
h) Valid IRC Certificate
i) Agency ship Certificate for proposed brand of Chiller.
j) Manufacturer’s Authorization letter (s) as mentioned in TDS.
k) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods certificate from Manufacturer.
l) AHRl/EUROVENT CERTIFIED for proposed brand of Chiller, AHU and FCU ( not older than 5 years).
m) CE certification / UL Listing for proposed brand VRF/VRV SYSTEM (OUTDOOR and INDOOR UNIT) ( not older than 5 years).
n) Any other document/terms & condition mentioned in TDS/PCC
