Brief Description of Package: Supplying of Stone Chips (Phase-2) at PC Pole Mfg. Plant, BPDB, Halishahar, Chattogram.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 50000000.

Eligibility criteria:
All e-Gp Registered tenderer in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below :
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 1,50,00,000/- under single contract over a period of last 5 years within Govt./ Semi Govt/ Autonomous Organization shall be required. Experience of similar goods must be related to description/category of supply. Similar work experience must be supported by work completion certificate. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System].
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1,60,00,000/- [In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 28 days before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the letter for line of credit issued by the bank in the form PG3-8 referencing to this package number, tender ID and reference number should be considered for evaluation.]
d) The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements of the terms & conditions described in the Tender Document (i.e. stated in Tender Data Sheet, Particular Conditions of Contract & Technical Specifications.

e) Delivery of goods should be made step by step according to the requirement of Procuring Entity within the delivery period.
In case of shortage of any requirement, the tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
