Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 10 years.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 4500000 ( Forty Five Lac Taka only)
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 4000000 ( Forty Lac Taka only)
4. Manufacturers CE certificate (EC Declaration of conformity and compliance with relative EC directive) need to submit where applicable.
5. The supplier shall be submitted an authorization letter from the manufacturer.
6. The supplier shall have up-to-date Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
7. The supplier shall be submitted manuals, catalogues, brochures, and other relevant documents that include drawings, dimensions, material quality test certificates, information about the manufacturer’s reputation, and detailed specifications.
8. The supplier shall be submitted a warranty certificate from the manufacturer, ensuring a one (1) year warranty from the date the supplied goods are accepted.
9. The supplier should be submitted a declaration confirming that the shipment will be made from the country of origin.
10. The supplier shall be submitted the manufacturer's ISO 9001 certificate and ISO 14001 certificate (without any exclusions) or the latest versions of these certificates.
11. The supplier shall be submitted a site inspection report confirming that the product specification & size is compatible for existing pneumatic system of SWTP-2.
