* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1200000 ~ 3600000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) General Experience: At Least 03 (three) years.
b) Specific Experience: At least 02 (two) contract amounting Tk. 12.0 (Twelve) lakh had been completed successfully supplying of similar goods in the last 05 (Five) years in govt./ semi-govt./ public or autonomous body/ state owned organisation/ private organisation (in case of private organisation, the completion certificate will be supported with VAT payment challan).
c) Liquid Asset: The minimum amount of liquid assets: Tk. 14.0 (Fourteen) lakh.
d) Tenderer will submit full technical catalog (colored & printed) that describe each and every parameter of specification(s) for goods tendered.
e) BSTI Certificate with recent Quality Test Certificate/Statement.
f) Manufacturer/ Sole Distributor/ Authorized agent's authorization certificate about genuinity of goods tendered
g) Manufacturer (of the goods to be supplied) should have Internationally recognized up to date certification via. ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001 & OHSAS: 18001
